Tom has been in the insurance industry since 1981. He has been involved in many related organizations including past president of the Fond du Lac Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and past president of Wisconsin Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. The agency is a member of the PIA (Professional Insurance Agents).

Tom served as the State Commissioner for (USA) Softball of Wisconsin for 10 years. He is in his 17th year as a USA National Council Member as Commissioner Emeritus. When he has time, he and his wife, Karen enjoy golfing and traveling abroad.

Karen is licensed in property, casualty and life insurance but her main focus is health insurance. She is a member the Healthcare.gov Champions Circle, a distinction awarded to agents that have excelled in providing knowledgeable service to individuals in the Marketplace. Also in her portfolio are products for the 65+ individual, including Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplements and Prescriptions Drug Plans.

She enjoys golfing and traveling, as well as spending time with family, friends and their 3 cats.

Susan is a licensed professional in property, casualty, health and life. She is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh, has a strong background in marketing and customer service. Susan is a member of the Brooke Industries Board of Directors.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Marty and daughter Kali. They are active in their church as well as community volunteering.

Jack is a newly licensed professional in property and casualty. He is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh and has a background in IT and customer service. With a strong understanding of risk management, and a growing specialization in cybersecurity, he brings a modern approach to coverage, helping clients stay protected in an increasingly digital world. Outside of work, Jack can usually be found on the golf course or enjoying the outdoors.
