Tom has been in the insurance industry since 1981. He has been involved in many related organizations including past president of the Fond du Lac Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and past president of Wisconsin Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is also a PIA member.

Tom is currently the State Commissioner for (USA) Softball of Wisconsin. When he has time, he and his wife, Karen enjoy golfing and traveling abroad.

Susan is a licensed professional in property, casualty, health and life. She is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh, has a strong background in marketing and customer service. Susan is a member of the Brooke Industries Board of Directors.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Marty and daughter Kali. They are active in their church as well as community volunteering.

April is newly licensed in property and casualty. She has been part of the team since 2021. She has a background in customer service and looks forward to working with our clients.

She enjoys spending time with her husband Troy and three children; Drew, Shelby and Logan. They enjoy traveling for sports and spending time with family & friends.

Karen is licensed in property, casualty and life insurance but her main focus is health insurance. She is a member the Healthcare.gov Champions Circle, a distinction awarded to agents that have excelled in providing knowledgeable service to individuals in the Marketplace. Also in her portfolio are products for the 65+ individual, including Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplements and Prescriptions Drug Plans.

She enjoys golfing and traveling, as well as spending time with family, friends and their 3 cats.
